Q. Where is your showroom located?
A. We are located at Blk 11 #01-1207 Toa Payoh Industrial
Park Lor 8.

Q. What is your operating hours?
A. Our showroom opens from 10.00am to 7.00pm everyday
including Sunday and Public Holidays.

Q. How do I reach your showroom by Public Transport?
A. Firstly, take MRT and alight at Toa Payoh Station.
Then take Feeder Bus No. 238 and alight at the sixth Bus
Stop (After the Indian Temple / Toa Payoh Polyclinic).

Q. How do I go to your showroom if I drive? Which express
way to use?
A. You may use PIE or CTE. Please check the Street Directory
for clearer direction.

Q. If I have a sales enquiry, who should I speak to?
A. You may fax your sales enquiry to : 6251 8749 or email to
sales@toyogogroup.com.
Do leave your Name, Company’s name, Fax and Contact Number.
We will reply to you as soon as possible.

Q. Besides your showroom, where can I view your items?
A. You may visit our website at http://www.toyogogroup.com
to view some of our products. You are able to view Toyogo’s
products at leading Hypermarts, Departmental Store and
Neighbourhood Retail Outlets.

Q. What payment mode do you accept?
A. We accept cash or Nets only.

Q. For first time buyers, do you accept phone order?
A. We do not accept phone order. It is advisable for you to
come to our showroom to view the full range of our products.



DELIVERY REQUIREMENT

Q. How much do I purchase to have goods delivered?
A. You will have to make a minimum purchase of at least $400*
(before GST). (T & C applies)

Q. Do you charge transport fees if I purchase below $400?
A. The purchase will be cash & carry. There will be no delivery if
purchase below $400*.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Q. Can goods be exchanged if I find that I have purchased the
wrong Model ?
A. Goods must be exchanged within three (3) days of purchased
with original packing and valid receipt.
Please enquire about our Merchandise Exchange Policy from our
staff. Our company reserves the right of exchange.
