  • Factory Direct Wholesale Outlet opens from 9.30am to 6.30pm.
 
Q. How do I reach your FDWC by Public Transport?
  • Step 1: Take MRT and alight at Lavender MRT
  • Step 2: 5 min walking distant from Lavender MRT or take CT Hub Shutter Bus from ICA MRT exit

Q. How do I get to your FDWC if I drive? Which express way to use?
  • You may use the PIE(Exit 13A) go by Kallang Bahru or CTE(Exit 7C) toward lavender.

Q. Apart from your OPRC, where can I buy your products?
  • Our products are widely available at hypermarkets, departmental stores as well as neighbourhood retail outlets..
 
Q. Can I buy TOYOGO products online?
  • Yes. For Wholesales, We have wholesales e-shop where you can browse and purchase TOYOGO items in bulk. 
  • For End-user, you may log on to our facebook page or various ONLINE STORE like Qoo10 for on-line Shopping(selected items only).
 
Q. If I have a sales enquiry, whom should I speak to?
  • Commercial Customers may email to sales@toyogogroup.com or fax your sales enquiry to (65) 6251 8749. Do leave your name, company name, and contact number so we can better respond to you. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
 
Q. What payment modes do you accept?
  • For purchases from our online shop, you can pay by VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.
 
Q. For first time customers, do you accept orders by phone?
  • We do not accept orders by phone

 

 

DELIVERY REQUIREMENT

 
Q. How much do I purchase to have goods delivered?
  • You will have to make a minimum purchase of at least $400* (before GST). (T & C applies)
 
Q. Do you charge transport fees if I purchase below $400?
  • There will be no delivery if purchase below $400*.
   * Amount subject to changes and does not include any electrical item
 

   EXCHANGE POLICY

 
Q. Can goods be exchanged if I find that I have purchased the wrong Model ?
  • Goods must be exchanged within three (3) days of purchased with original packing and valid receipt.
  • Please enquire about our Merchandise Exchange Policy from our staff. Our company reserves the right of exchange.
