1. PROMOTION PERIOD

1.1. The TOYOGO Bedok Gachapon Event (“Promotion”) is held exclusively at the TOYOGO Bedok physical outlet.

1.2. The Promotion period is from 21 July to 29 November 2026, unless otherwise stated by TOYOGO.

1.3. The Promotion is subject to availability and may end early if all eligible gachapon plays or prizes have been fully redeemed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Promotion is open to customers who make qualifying purchase at the TOYOGO Bedok outlet during the Promotion Period.

2.2. To qualify for one (1) gachapon play, a customer must make a minimum nett spend of S$60 in a single receipt.

2.3. Only purchases made at the TOYOGO Bedok outlet during the Promotion Period will qualify.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3.1. Customers who meet the qualifying criteria may redeem one (1) Gachapon play per qualifying transaction/receipt.

3.2. The qualifying purchase amount is S$60 in a single receipt.

3.3. Each gachapon play comes with a guaranteed prize.

3.4. Any remaining amount below S$60 will not carried forward, accumulated, or combined with another receipt to qualify for an additional play.

3.5. Purchases may not be deliberately split into multiple transactions for the purpose of obtaining additional Gachapon plays where this circumvents the promotion mechanics.

4. MAXIMUM PLAYS PER PERSON

4.1. Each individual is limited to a maximum of two (2) gachapon plays per single receipt, regardless of the total amount spent on that receipt.

4.2. Where a single receipt qualifies for more than two (2) plays, the maximum number of plays available to one individual from that receipt remains two (2).

4.3. Any additional eligible plays may be allocated to other individuals in the same group, subject to each individual being present and participating in the Promotion.

4.4. The purpose of this limit is to allow more customers and groups to participate in the Promotion.

5. GACHAPON PRIZES

5.1. Every eligible gachapon play guarantees one (1) prize.

5.2. Prizes are strictly awarded based on what the gachapon capsule dispensed.

5.3. Prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.

5.4. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

5.5. TOYOGO reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of equal or comparable value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. REDEMPTION

6.1. Gachapon plays and prizes must be redeemed on the same day as the qualifying purchase unless otherwise stated.

6.2. Lost, damaged, duplicated, altered or otherwise invalid receipts will not be accepted.

6.3. TOYOGO rejects the right to reject any redemption where the Organiser reasonably believes that the promotion mechanics have been abused or circumvented.

7. GENERAL

7.1. Participants in the Gachapon constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable TOYOGO 40th Anniversary Campaign General Terms & Conditions.

7.2. In the event of any inconsistency between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail in respect of the Gachapon.

7.3. TOYOGO reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or terminate the Gachapon promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

7.4. All decisions made by TOYOGO regarding the Gachapon, including eligibility, redemptions and prize allocation, shall be final binding.

7.5. TOYOGO shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Gachapon, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8.2. By participating in the Gachapon, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
