1. RELATIONSHIP TO GENERAL TERMS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) govern the Mega Giveaway lucky draw (the “Giveaway”) and are to be read together with the TOYOGO 40th Anniversary Celebration General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency, these Specific Terms shall prevail in respect of the Giveaway.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
2.1 The Giveaway runs from 21 July 2026 to 29 November 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).
3. QUALIFYING PURCHASES AND ENTRIES
3.1 Every S$40 (inclusive of GST) spent in a single, valid receipt or order — whether made at a TOYOGO retail outlet, on the official TOYOGO website, or via the TOYOGO TikTok Shop — entitles the participant to one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
3.2 Entries accumulate across all three sales channels (outlet, website and TikTok Shop) into a single, common draw pool. For example, a participant who spends S$40 at an outlet and a further S$200 on the website within the Giveaway Period is entitled to six (6) entries in total.
3.3 Each receipt or order must independently reach the S$40 qualifying amount. Receipts or orders may not be combined or aggregated across separate transactions to reach the qualifying amount.
3.4 There is no cap on the number of entries a participant may accumulate during the Giveaway Period.
3.5 Purchases of gift cards or vouchers, and purchases that are subsequently returned, refunded or cancelled, do not qualify for entries. Any entries already granted in respect of such purchases will be void.
4. ENTRY SUBMISSION
4.1 Participants must submit entries through the official campaign website by uploading a clear, complete and legible image of the qualifying receipt or order confirmation.
4.2 All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm (Singapore time) on 30 November 2026.
4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to request the original receipt or order confirmation for verification, and to reject any entry that cannot be verified.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1 One (1) winner will receive one (1) Dongfeng BOX Electric Vehicle (the “Vehicle”), without Certificate of Entitlement (COE).
5.2 The prize excludes, and the winner is solely responsible for, all costs associated with:
(a) the Certificate of Entitlement (COE);
(b) vehicle registration fees;
(c) insurance;
(d) road tax;
(e) ERP/OBU equipment;
(f) charging equipment;
(g) delivery; and
(h) any other cost of ownership not expressly stated as included.
5.3 Vehicle colour is subject to the winner’s selection and stock availability from Dongfeng. Specifications may vary depending on supplier availability at the time of fulfilment.
5.4 Images of the Vehicle used in promotional materials are for illustration only and may not reflect the exact model, colour or specification awarded.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 The winner will be selected by computerised random draw from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.
6.2 The draw will be witnessed by an independent external party.
6.3 The winner is expected to be announced on or around 22 December 2026, on the Organiser’s official website and/or social media channels.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
7.1 The Organiser will attempt to contact the winner up to three (3) times using the contact details submitted with the winning entry.
7.2 If the winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, fails verification, declines the prize, or is otherwise found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the Organiser may select a replacement winner by way of a further random draw.
8. PRIZE CLAIM AND FULFILMENT
8.1 The winner must complete all verification procedures and documentation reasonably required by the Organiser and/or Dongfeng.
8.2 The winner must complete all collection and handover formalities within sixty (60) days of first notification, failing which the prize may be forfeited.
8.3 The winner consents to the disclosure of their personal data to Dongfeng and its appointed fulfilment partners for the purposes of prize fulfilment and marketing.
9. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
9.1 The prize is personal to the winner and is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item, in whole or in part.
10. GENERAL
10.1 Save as expressly modified in these Specific Terms, the disqualification, amendment, limitation of liability, governing law and other general provisions of the General Terms apply to the Giveaway.
